We at Tech Match Consult SRL respect your concerns about privacy and value the relationship that wehave with you, therefore, we are keen on keeping as little data as possible and limit any data collection to absolute minimum.
Like many companies, we usetechnology and material means to collect information that helps us enhance yourexperience and our products and services. However, we sought to minimize theuse of technological tools to the minimum necessary in order to reach our goalsof providing you with the best possible services as our clients.

1. Definitions
 Tech Match Consult SRL’s
Privacy Policy uses the terms used by the European legislator for the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Privacy Policy aims to be easy-to-read and understandable for the general public, as well as our customers and business partners. To ensure this, we would like to first explain the terminology used:

a) Personal data
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic,mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

b) Data subject
Data subject is any identified or identifiable natural person, whose personal data is processed by the controller responsible for the processing.
 
c) Processing
Processing is any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission,dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination,restriction, erasure or destruction.
 
d) Restriction of processing
Restriction of processing is the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future.  

e) Profiling
Profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.

f) Pseudonymisation
Pseudonymisation is the processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.  

g) Controller or controllerresponsible for the processing
Controller or controller responsible for the processing is the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law.

h) Processor
Processor is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.  

i) Recipient
Recipient is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or another body,to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. However, public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with Union or Member State law shall not be regarded as recipients; the processing of those data by those public authorities shall be in compliance with the applicable data protection rules according to the purposes of the processing.

j) Third party
Third party is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and other persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data.

k) Consent
Consent of the data subject is any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her. 

l) GDPR
GDPR is the abbreviation for the General Data Protection Regulation.  

2. Data protection principles 
Tech Match Consult SRL
is committed to processing data in accordance with its responsibilitie sunder the GDPR. To that end, Article 5 of the GDPR requires personal data to be: 

a) processed lawfully,fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to individuals;
b) collected for specified,explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes; further processing for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes shall not be considered to be incompatible with the initial purposes;
c) adequate, relevantand limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
d) accurate and,where necessary, kept up to date; every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, are erased or rectified without delay;
e) kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; personal data may be stored for longer periods in so far as the personal data will be processed solely for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes subject to implementation of the appropriate technical and organizational measures required by the GDPR in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of individuals; and
f) processed in a mannerthat ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures. 

We at Tech Match Consult SRL have taken all necessary measures to make sure all these principles are effectively implemented in our daily operations and are working continuously on keeping up to date with technology and legislative changes.

 3. Rights of the data subject 
Under the GDPR, all our clients and business partners whose personal data we collect qualify as data subjects, thus have been granted a series of rights related to their personal data. The following will list and explain these rights as detailed by the regulation. Up to this point, Tech Match Consult SRL has introduced organizational and technical measures to ensure that all these rights can be fulfilled at the request of each data subject. 

a) Right of information
The European legislator grants you the right to obtain from us the confirmation as to whether or not we process your personal data. If you wish to exercise this right, you may, at any time, contact us, and we will promptly get back to you. 

b) Right of access
The European legislator grants you the right to obtain from us free information about your personal data we store at any time, as well as a copy of this information. Furthermore, GDPR grants you access to the following information:
• the purposes of the processing;
• the categories of personal data concerned;
• the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations;
• where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
• the existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data, or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject, or to object to such processing; the existence of the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
• where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source;
•the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22 (1) and (4) of the GDPR and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject. 

Furthermore, you have the right to obtain information as to whether your personal data are transferred to a third country or to an international organisation. Where thisis the case, you have the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguardsrelating to the transfer. However, you should know that we have no reason totransfer personal data to international organizations or to non-EU countries.

c) Right to correction/rectification
The European legislator gives you the right to obtain from us, without undue delay, the rectification of any inaccurate personal data we may have on you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

d) Right to erasure (Right to be forgotten)
According to GDPR, you have the right to demand from us the erasure of your personal data which we have on you without undue delay, provided one of the following ground sapplies, as long as the processing is not necessary:
• The personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
•You have withdrawn your consent for the processing based on point (a) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR, or point (a) of Article 9(2) of the GDPR, and where there is no other legal ground for the processing.
•You object to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing pursuant  to Article 21(2) of the GDPR.
•The personal data have been unlawfully processed.
•The personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which we are subject.
• The personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1) of the GDPR. 

As a rule, no personal data we have on you is made public, and data can be shared with third parties only in a very limited pool of cases. However, in any situation this may happen, we are obliged, pursuant to Article 17(1), to erase the personal data and to take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to in for mother controllers processing your personal data that you have requested erasure by such controllers of any links to, or copy or replication of, those personal data, as far as processing is not required.

 If all legal requirements are met, we will promptly ensure that any erasure request you may have is complied with in due time, according to the GDPR requirements. For further questions, you may, at any time, contact us. 

e) Right ofrestriction of processing
The European legislator grants you the right to obtain the restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
•You are contesting the accuracy of the personal data collected. You can thus ask us to restrict this processing for a period which enables us to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
•You are opposing the erasure of your personal data and request instead the restriction of their use instead, when this processing is unlawful.
• We no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
•You have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller (us) override those of the data subject (you).  

If one of theafore mentioned conditions is met, and you wish to request the restriction ofthe processing of personal data we store, you may at any time contact us. We will arrange the restriction of the processing if applicable and necessary.  

f) Right to data portability
You also have the right to receive the personal data which concerns you and which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit those data to another controller without any hindrance from us, as long as the processing is based on or on a contract, and the processing is carried out by automated means, as long as the processing is not necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interestor in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

Furthermore, in exercising your right to data portability from the GDPR, you have the right to have personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible and when doing so does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. 

At this point,we do not have this feature on, but are working on ensuring the best we can so whenever you would like to exercise this, we can easily transfer your information to any entity.  

g) Right to object
Each datas ubject has the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time, to processing of your personal data. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions.

Tech Match Consult SRL will no longer process the personal data in the event of the objection, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

While Tech Match Consult SRL does not, as a rule, process personal data for direct marketing purposes, in the unlikely event that we do, you will have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data concerning for such marketing. This also applies to profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If you will send us such objection, we will no longer process the personal data for these purposes.

In addition, you also have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object to processing of your personal data for scientific or historical research purposes, or for statistical purposes, unless the processing isnecessary for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of publicinterest.

h) Automated individual decision-making, including profiling
As an individualuser, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you, or similarly significantly affecting you, as long as the decision:
-      is not necessary for entering into, or the performance of, a contract between you and Tech Match Consult SRL
-      is not authorised by Union or Member State law to which we are subject to and which also lays down suitable measures to safe guard your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests- is not based on your explicit consent. 

If the decisionis necessary for entering into, or the performance of, a contract between the you and Tech Match Consult SRL, or it is based on your explicit consent,we shall implement suitable measures to safe guard your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests, at least the right to obtain human intervention from us,to express your point of view and contest the decision.  

As part of ourcommitment to minimize personal data processing to only what is necessary, as arule, Tech Match Consult SRL does not engage in automated individual decision-making and will always seek to keep it at a minimum level.  If you wish to exercise the rights concerning automated individual decision-making, you may,at any time, contact us.  

i. Right tolodge a complaint
As an individual, you are entitled to raise a concern with the local Data Protection Authority in relation to the manner in which we have handled your personal data. This may include concerns about our response to a request you have made to access copies of your personal data, concerns about direct marketing material you have received, concerns about your personal data being breached by an organisation, etc. Before you decide to file such a complaint, we would kindly ask you to first contact us as contact@techmatch.eu as that we may solve your request amicably.  

4. Legal basis for the processing Consent: Art.6(1) lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose.  

Necessity: If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party, as is the case, for example, when processing operationsare necessary for the supply of goods or to provide any other service, the processing is based on Article 6(1) lit. b GDPR.  

Contract: The same applies to such processing operations which are necessary for carrying outpre-contractual measures, for example in the case of inquiries concerning our products or services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation by which processing of personal data is required, such as for the fulfilment of taxobligations, the processing is based on Art. 6(1) lit. c GDPR.  

Protection of vital interests/Public interest: In rare cases, the processing of personal data may be necessary to protect your or other natural person’s vital interests. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were injured in our company and his/hers name, age, health insurance data or other vital information would have to be passedon to a doctor, hospital or other third party. Then the processing would bebased on Art. 6(1) lit. e and d GDPR.  

Legitimate interest: Finally,processing operations could be based on Article 6(1) lit. f GDPR. This legalbasis is used for processing operations which are not covered by any of theabovementioned legal grounds, if processing is necessary for the purposes ofthe legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, exceptwhere such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights andfreedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data. Suchprocessing operations are particularly permissible because they have beenspecifically mentioned by the European legislator. Where the processing ofpersonal data is based on Article 6(1) lit. f GDPR our legitimate interest is tocarry out our business in favour of the well-being of all our employees and theshareholders.  

5. Collection of general data and information on the website Our website collects a series of general data and information when a data subject or automated system calls up the website. This general data and information are stored in the server log files. We may collect the following metadata:
(1) the browser types andversions used
(2) the operating systemused by the accessing system
(3) the website from whichan accessing system reaches our website (so-called referrers)
(4) the sub-websites
(5) the date and time ofaccess to the Internet site
(6) an Internet protocoladdress (IP address)
(7) the Internet serviceprovider of the accessing system
(8) any other similar dataand information that may be used in the event of attacks on our information technology systems. 

When using these generaldata and information, Tech Match Consult SRL does not draw anyconclusions about the data subject. Rather, this information is needed to:
(1) deliver the content ofour website correctly
(2) optimize the content ofour website as well as its advertisement
(3) ensure the long-termviability of our information technology systems and website technology, and
(4) provide law enforcementauthorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in case ofa cyber-attack.  

Therefore, we may analyzeanonymously collected data and information statistically, with the aim ofincreasing the data protection and data security of our enterprise, and toensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process.

6. Personal data collected, legal bases and transfers 
Our internal procedures and our products are closely following the data minimization and privacy-by-design principles explained below at point 11.Therefore, we only collect data which is needed for us to identify you and send you a personalized offer: name, company, contact details, company website, in order to discuss a potential collaboration and best serve your interests. The legal basis for data processing is, in this case, your own consent. Once we will engage in a business relationship, the basis for consent will become either contract or our legitimate interest, depending on whether we will enter into a legal relationship.
Without this data, we will be unable to work for you.  

No data will be shared with third parties, except with your consent. Moreover, nodata will be shared outside of the European Union countries.  

All your data is stored securely on our servers, and all your data has been protected by advanced technical and operational security measures.   

7. Routine erasure and blocking of personal data 
As a data controller, we process and store your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or as far as this is granted by the European legislator or other legislators in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject to.

 If the storage purpose is not applicable, or if a storage period prescribed by the European legislator or another competent legislator expires, the personal data are routinely blocked or erased in accordance with legal requirements.  

8. Period for which the personaldata will be stored 
As a general principle of Tech Match Consult SRL, we use very strict rules when deciding what data and for how long we collect and store. Therefore, we constantly seek to never store the data for longer than it is absolutely necessary.

The criteria used to determine the period of storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After expiration of that period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, as long as it is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or the initiation of a contract. 

For the contact data entered on our website (Name, company, website) the processing of which is based on consent, we store it for 5 years, after which it is manually deleted from or database. For other legal bases, we store it for as long as the legal basis subsists. 

9. Confidentiality and security of your personal data 
We consider the confidentiality and security of your information to be of the most importance. We will use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures to keep your personal data confidential and secure and will not share it with third parties, except as otherwise providedin this Privacy Policy, or unless such disclosure is necessary in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or others, as permitted by applicable law.

However, because the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot effectively guaranteethe absolute security of personal data, and there is some risk that anunauthorized third party may find a way to circumvent our security systems orthat transmission of your information over the Internet will be intercepted.  Lawful, fair and transparent processing
To ensure its processing ofdata is lawful, fair and transparent, Tech Match Consult SRL reviews its data mapping and processes at least annually. Our clients have the right to access their personal data and any such requests made to Tech Match Consult SRL are dealt with in a timely manner, according to the time frame set by GDPR, local laws and to the privacy policies within the firm. 

Lawful purposes.
All data processed by Tech Match Consult SRL are done on one of the following lawful bases, which is always clearly identified in this policy: consent, contract, legal obligation,vital interests, public task or legitimate interests. Where consent is reliedupon as a lawful basis for processing data, evidence of opt-in consent shall bekept with the personal data. Where communications are sent to individuals based on their consent, the option for the individual to revoke their consent should be clearly available and systems should be in placeto ensure such revocation is reflected accurately in Tech Match Consult SRL’s systems.

ensures that personal data collected are adequate, relevant and limitedto what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. This is why we decided to renounce at any unnecessary cookies on our website and not to collect any more data than what is absolutely necessary for thewell-functioning of our website.

Tech Match Consult SRL
